1. Student ownership
The student remains responsible for the project, submission, claims, data, university communication and compliance with institutional rules.
2. Support we can provide
Permitted support may include topic refinement, feasibility assessment, teaching, demonstrations, architecture review, debugging, reference modules, research-methodology coaching, analysis guidance, report feedback, presentation review, deployment assistance and viva preparation.
3. Work we do not support
- Impersonating a student in a viva, meeting, examination or university communication.
- Fabricating surveys, experiments, results, attendance, internships or certificates.
- Copying another student's work or concealing plagiarism.
- Secretly completing a thesis or project that the student cannot explain.
- Guaranteeing marks, approval, publication or placement outcomes.
4. Originality and attribution
Students must correctly cite sources, disclose permitted assistance where required and follow their institution's rules on AI tools, collaboration, datasets and code reuse.
5. Viva readiness
Every student should be able to explain the problem, architecture, implementation choices, data, limitations, testing and future work in their own words.
6. Refusal of unsafe requests
CapstoneBridge may decline or stop work where the request is deceptive, technically impossible, illegal, abusive or inconsistent with academic integrity.
