1. Scope
Each engagement should define the support level, sessions, deliverables, milestones, exclusions, deadline, student responsibilities, revision rounds and fee before delivery begins.
2. Payments
Consultations and smaller packages may require full advance payment. Larger engagements may use milestone payments. Hardware, hosting, datasets, printing, paid software and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included.
3. Revisions and delays
Included revisions are stated in the scope. Delays caused by missing student inputs, changing university requirements, unavailable third-party systems or expanded scope may change the schedule and price.
4. Student participation
The student is expected to attend agreed sessions, complete assigned tasks, test the work, communicate changes promptly and remain able to explain and defend the project.
5. Outcomes
CapstoneBridge does not guarantee grades, faculty approval, publication, patentability, placement, business performance or uninterrupted third-party services.
6. Intellectual property
Ownership of custom student work follows the written engagement. Pre-existing templates, teaching materials, reusable libraries and general know-how remain with their original owner unless transferred in writing.
7. Conduct and refusal
Harassment, threats, payment fraud, illegal requests, fabricated data and academic impersonation are grounds for refusal or termination.
8. Project-specific terms
These website terms are a general framework. A quotation or engagement agreement may include additional, project-specific conditions, and those written terms govern that engagement where they differ.
